Really great coffee
We’re incredibly proud of our coffee. Roasted just over the border in Nottingham by a small independent roaster we work closely with, it’s chosen to be a great all-rounder — smooth, full-bodied and consistently excellent.
Our house coffee scores an average of 83 on the Q Grading scale. While the system runs to 100, coffees scoring well into the mid-80s often become quite distinctive and polarising in flavour. At 83, ours strikes the perfect balance — high-quality speciality coffee with a smooth, approachable character that’s just as enjoyable every day.
A multi-origin blend of Central and South American Arabica beans, it brings together nutty and chocolatey notes with a gentle touch of caramel.

Our comprehensive menu delivers throughout the day, whether that’s a hearty breakfast to start the day, a wholesome mid day meal, or something lighter off our brunch menu, you can be sure that: It uses quality ingredients, is prepared to order and is something we ourselves would love to eat.
From early mornings to relaxed afternoons, we serve a thoughtfully curated selection of freshly prepared dishes. Whether you’re starting the day with a hearty breakfast, enjoying a wholesome lunch, or choosing something lighter from our brunch menu, every plate is treated with care using quality ingredients and prepared to order — food we genuinely love to serve and enjoy ourselves.
We believe great hospitality means everyone can dine comfortably. Many of our dishes can be easily adapted for vegan and vegetarian diets, and we are always happy to help accommodate common allergen requirements wherever possible.
Quality and locality are at the heart of our menu. Much of our meat and several of our breads are sourced from the adjoining butcher’s shop, while our cakes and sweet treats are freshly baked by a local craft baker. In fact, the vast majority of our ingredients come from independent Lincolnshire producers, supporting the community while ensuring exceptional freshness and flavour.

Small Gatherings & Larger Celebrations
While we’re always happy to welcome walk-ins and will do our best to accommodate everyone, reserving a table is the best way to guarantee your spot — especially if you have a favourite table or are planning to visit during busier times.
Our two-storey venue also provides the perfect setting for larger gatherings and special occasions. We can accommodate group bookings through the use of a dedicated area during our regular opening hours, or offer exclusive venue hire outside these times for private events.
